Fiji Foothold (2010 - 2012)

My most memorable training experience of a cultural exchange of Love Compassion and Appreciation!!!

Two seasons training therapists on Malolo Group of Islands which harbors one of surfings most treasured waves, (Cloudbreak, Tavarua ) A tiny heart shaped island in the South Pacific, also Tom Hanks filmed his legendary shipwrecked island movie "Castaway Island" also a part of the Malolo Group.

Treating the Local Tribes Rugby team it was made a new league rule that a therapist is on the field during all games.
Chief Momo was to announce a new area set aside to build a training facility for Polarity on Malolo itself.
Building relations with local tribesmen bringing a Holistic Humanity awareness from an Eastern Ayruvedic approach. Resources donations needed on Malolo ( materials to build ground wells for clean bathing, water encatchment is being used ends up very contaminated w/ bacteria.

LOS TRES AMIGOS OAXACA MEXICO (1994-2009)

Upon finishing training in Santa Fe, New Mexico, my intuitive Spirit led me to Puerto Escondido, Mazunte ,Mexico. Waves and pristine coastline was my backyard over the next 15 years delveloping a community based Polarity free clinic. Providing free training, therapies ,eventually built an oven of clay and baked goods to locals, what we didn't sell donations to the orphanage were always a welcome sight. Love Compassion and Appreciation when our Universe supports these 3 in Unity all things are possible. Many travel stories and recipes captured on my travel experiences are put together in my first self published, "Spirit of a Chef Love is the Recipe". Inspiration comes from diverse cultural curiosity as these Indigenous tribes share life , love and solidarity.

Philippines So. Leyte (2012-2014)

One of my projects lasting almost 3 years giving students a new opportunity to a caregivers career. I was able to reach out teaching Polarity throughout the 42 communities offering free classes. Successful training of more students than I had ever imagined, so much interest in Polarity the college was presenting my course as a possible part of their curriculum. Writing, and publishing "Pilipino Passion"( which is available through our site) many recipes learned and shared. I have to say as my life continues to enlighten individuals the Philippine Culture has many enlightened already.

Here in beautiful Bolinas California a true retreat mystical magical place, opening a transformational portal. Surrounded by Sequoias, Redwoods, Muir Woods and Beach, landscapes of rolling hills, incredible coastal cliffs , Magestic Pt. Reyes National Seashore, inspirations filling my heart, mind and Spirit.

As my wings spread far and wide,

I arrive back to my beginning, Spokane , Washington to reset the next part of returning to Mazunte, Mexico. Another migration to reset the hands of time. Jesus works this way in my life and the bigger the challenge the bigger the opportunity. My life of prayerful migration where I feel most needed, no, where He needs me most. Holy Spirit silence your mind and maybe He will send you a message of similarity to where He would need you most!!

Born and raised in Nicasio Valley attends Nicasio Elementary, will be attending Drake High School next year. Elly has been interested in taking photos since the moment he had a camera in his hands. His surroundings of such natural beauty struck his interest in capturing special places at special moments. Having such a zeal for life these are some of his works that have been accepted by Nicasios' Museum for Exhibit .
